Federal authorities offer reward for information about gray wolf deaths in Eastern Washington

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is offering a $10,000 reward for information on the killing of two gray wolves in Washington this month.

Federal wildlife officials and officers with the state Department of Fish and Wildlife are investigating the death of an adult male gray wolf east of the Klickitat River near U.S. Highway 142 near Goldendale. The wolf was found Oct. 6.

An adult female wolf was found dead on Oct. 20 southwest of Twisp in Okanogan County.
