It only took Riverhawks senior Rohan Feigenbaum 83 pitches to mow down the Timberwolves and fire a five-inning no-hitter in a 17-0 victory to stay perfect in the C2BL.
The right-hander faced 19 batters, struck out 12 of them, walked four and induced a pop up for the final out of the day. He even helped himself at the plate by recording two hits, four RBIs, two runs scored and two stolen bases.
Toledo (7-0, 6-0 C2BL) scored in four of the five frames, the big one a 10-run bottom of the fourth. Twelve straight hitters reached base and it took advantage of five walks and a pair of hit by pitches. Four different players had RBI singles in the inning.
Joaquin Acosta, Nico Acosta and Masson Ruiz all had two hits and two RBIs for the Riverhawks. Braylen Lawrence and Isaac Parmantier crossed home three times apiece. They will take on Toutle Lake on Wednesday.
MWP (1-8, 1-6) had just one runner reach scoring position. It will take on Onalaska on Tuesday.
