The remaining two suspects in two burglaries that occurred in Centralia earlier this year were arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on Monday.

The suspects, identified as Kevin Rammy Harm, 29, and Susie Saeteurn, 33, both of Seattle, are the alleged accomplices of Wanida Supatra Prommarin, 29, of Renton, and Deondre Jackson-Durden, 32, of Seattle, who were arrested in April for committing a string burglaries in Centralia.

The four co-defendants are accused of breaking into the Twin City Licencing Office on South Gold Street at approximately 3 a.m. on April 5, stealing the ATM and stealing cash from the cash drawers for a total of over $5,000 stolen; and attempting to break into the El Amigo Market on North Tower Avenue just before 1:20 a.m. on April 8.

Jackson-Durden and Prommarin were involved in three additional burglaries: a March 30 burglary where they broke into the B&D Market on North Tower Avenue at approximately 2 a.m., opened the ATM with a sawzall and stole $9,000 in cash; and an April 4 burglary where they broke into the Century Market on North Tower Avenue sometime before 7 a.m. and stole approximately $1,600 from the register.

Jackson-Durden and Prommarin were arrested April 8 after they and two others, who have since been identified as Harm and Saeteurn, were interrupted by officers during the April 8 burglary and then tried to flee from a stolen vehicle that officers stopped with a PIT maneuver within a block of the Tower Avenue business.

Harm and Saeteurn escaped capture at the time.

Jackson-Durden and Prommarin entered guilty pleas for charges stemming from the burglaries in Lewis County Superior Court in September. Both have sentencing hearings scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 19.

Jackson-Durden reportedly identified Saeteurn and Harm as the two escaped suspects in an interview with a Centralia detective on Sept. 20, after he and Prommarin entered their guilty pleas, according to court documents.

The Lewis County Prosecutor’s Office filed one count each of first-degree burglary, first-degree malicious mischief, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a stolen firearm stemming from the April 8 burglary. The prosecutor’s office filed one count each of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief stemming from the April 5 burglary. Those charges against Saeteurn and Harm were filed on Sept. 26, according to court documents.

A Lewis County Superior Court judge approved $250,000 warrants for their arrests that same day.

Jail records show Harm was booked into the Lewis County Jail at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 16 and Saeteurn was booked at 10:40 a.m. on Oct. 16. Both had preliminary hearings in Lewis County Superior Court on Tuesday, Oct. 17, where Judge J. Andrew Toynbee ruled to maintain the $250,000 bail amounts set in the arrest warrants.

Arraignment hearings are scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 19, in Lewis County Superior Court.
