The Packwood Flea Market is viewed from above on Friday afternoon. The twice-annual market, which occurs every year on Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend, attracts thousands of people to the East Lewis County community. Launched in the 1970s, the event is considered the largest flea market in the Pacific Northwest. No single person or organization organizes the event each year. Vendors offering just about everything flock to Packwood for the event. Past years have included jewelry, Native American art, collectibles, antiques, rocks, furniture, clothes, food and more food.
