Cherie Edla Blumenthal (Blomgren, Fasano) passed away July 4, 2024, and was born on Aug. 3, 1941. She is survived by her husband, David, and many children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home was the hub for holidays and family gatherings. She lived a life of kindness and gratitude and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, at Fort Borst Park, Pavilion No. 1.
