In Loving Memory of MaryBeth Miller: 1942-2021

MaryBeth Miller, 78, of Chehalis, Washington, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 29, 2021. 

MaryBeth was born Dec. 17, 1942 in Centralia, Washington, to Ernest and Helen (Cushman) Ramspeck. She graduated from Centralia High School in 1961. MaryBeth married Doyle Emmett Miller on Aug. 23, 1963. They had just celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary. They raised five children Stephen, Kim, Greg, Dan and Melissa. 

MaryBeth had a passion for life, laughed easily, was quick to forgive and loved everyone. She was the definition of an optimist. 

Doyle and MaryBeth owned Doyle’s Body Shop in Chehalis. Later in life she finished her studies at Centralia Beauty College. Until her retirement she worked at Cook’s Hill Manor Beauty Salon in Centralia. She loved helping people there and would often charge little to nothing for her work when the clients were on a budget. 

She is survived by her husband Doyle, brother Kent, sister Dawn Blatt (Michael), and children Stephen, Kim Hughes (Mike), Greg (Sandra), Dan (Christine), Melissa White (Gary). She is also survived by her grandchildren Brandon, Brooke, Billy, Hayden, Ross, Cole, Kennedi, Ian and Ethan. And niece Amy, nephews Joe, Jeff and Troy and great nephew Cassius. 

A celebration of life will be held at Mackinaws October 23, 2021 at 12:00pm In lieu of flowers, please give a hug to a loved one.
