Richard "Rick" William Burr passed away April 16, 2023, in Okanogan, Washington. He was born Aug. 7, 1954, to Patrick and Charlotte Burr in Lebanon, Oregon. Rick's career as a chef took him many places from the West Coast to the East Coast.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Rick is survived by his sons, Luke, Ryan, and Kyle; daughter, Meg; brother, Roger (Linda) Burr; nieces Jenny and Jill Burr; three grandsons and six granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held from noon to 3 p.m. May 13 at Memorial Park, 411 S. Howard St., in Newberg, Oregon. A special thanks to Ken and Tracy Thompson.
