Viola Andrews passed away suddenly at home Friday, April 22, 2022. Viola was born to Jacob and Katie Jacobsen on Feb. 12, 1933. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was preceded in death by her brothers Loren, Robert (R.A.) and Ed, as well as sisters Evelyn, Myrtle and Darlene. Viola was also preceded in death by her son Wayne Arnold, as well as her loving husband Gary Andrews just 13 days prior.
Viola was the best wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was the most important thing to her and she loved being a homemaker. She worked many years for Loggers World with her good friend Gayle Holding. She enjoyed traveling to the sunshine during the winter time. She took great pleasure in gathering to visit friends and family. Viola will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her son Ken Arnold; stepdaughter Teri Wright; grandchildren Stacy, Jennifer, Jenny, Ann, Henry, Katie and Eric; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Alpha Cemetery, 3363 Centralia Alpha Road, Onalaska, Washington, 98570 at 1 p.m. on Friday April 29, 2022. A celebration of life will follow at the V.R. Lee Building, 221 SW 13th St., Chehalis, Washington, 98532.
