William Hedgers, born June 22, 1935, passed away while sleeping early Saturday morning on April 15, 2023. He was a longtime resident of Toledo, Washington.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Joan Hedgers, his oldest son Bill, his youngest son Steven, and grandchild Christofer Hedgers.
William worked his entire life in the timber industry as a cat skinner for Orn Layton, and 30 years as a timber faller for portway logging and Castle Rock Stihl.
He is survived by his 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous others who all called him Poppie or Uncle Bill.
He will be missed and always remembered.
