Nansok Johnson needed just 29 minutes to score a hat trick against Forks on Friday, and his quick start paved the way for a 4-0 Rochester win.

Johnson got going early, scoring in the eighth minute, and he added his second in the 25th. It didn’t take him long to get No. 3, as he capped off his excellent performance with another goal in the 29th minute.

Aiden Villanueva, Angel Nolasco, and Malakye Hutchings got the assists.

Mauricio Bahena added an insurance goal in the 66th minute, and the Warriors were able to shut down Forks on the other end to preserve the shutout.

“The boys came out and played hard the entire game,” Rochester coach Matt Ashton said. “My goal for our defense was to make our goalkeepers job for the evening as easy as possible … We were able to keep Forks’ chances to a minimum.”

Rochester (4-2, 4-1 1A Evergreen) has now won four league games in a row, and the Warriors will look to make it five straight when they head to South Bend to face Raymond-South Bend on Thursday.
