Letter to the editor: It’s time for the disengaged Americans to take notice of what’s happening

Posted

Most Americans have a mother, love their wife and children, are kind to their neighbors, and appreciate their God-given rights to life and the freedom to live their life uninhibited by excessive government interference.

Many Americans are also actually more interested in subjects other than government and politics, and they tend to take for granted their God-given rights, figuring that the government will protect those rights automatically.

The time has come for Americans to take notice of what our radical left-wing political leaders and their fellow travelers are trying to do to our country. It is time for disengaged Americans to take interest, or lose their freedom.

Have you noticed that hate and fear are being created so our radical left-wing political leaders can take control of everyone’s lives? Notice how they try to divide us by black against white, women against men, Hispanic against whites, Native Americans against European Americans,  and gays against straights, and proclaim “let’s us all hate our history.”

Our correct and formerly predominant values should have Americans accepting all Americans, without labels and without the name calling.

And now we have students and their leaders somehow trying to support Hamas baby butchers in Israel, apparently willing to overlook the most evil atrocities. Anyone who is willing to attempt to justify this unbelievable inhuman violence is supporting the most serious evil, and these young people and their leaders must be chastised in the most serious way.

All decent Americans must now stand together against evil, or see our free country fall to evil.
