Kristina McMorris is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of two novellas and seven historical novels, including the million-copy bestseller “Sold On A Monday.”
A recipient of more than 20 national literary awards, she previously hosted weekly TV shows for Warner Bros. and an ABC affiliate, beginning at age 9 with an Emmy Award-winning program. McMorris lives near Portland, Oregon, where she manages to be fully deficient of a green thumb and not own a single umbrella, according to a news release from event organizers.
Shawn Inmon is a small town kid who dreamed of being a writer. He worked several dozen different jobs — retail, real estate, traveling with the unlimited hydroplanes, crabbing in Alaska, morning disc jockey and station manager, and quite a few others he can’t remember — the news release stated. These jobs gave him a wonderful base to write what he knows, because he knows a little about a lot.
One reviewer called him “The King of Redemption stories.” Inmon said he doesn't feel like a king of anything, but he does love a good tale of second chances.
He is the author of the ever-growing Middle Falls Time Travel series, 18 books and counting, and the Alex Hawk Time Travel Adventure series.
Rosanne Parry is the author of seven award-winning middle grade novels, including the newly released “A Whale of the Wild” and the New York Times bestseller “A Wolf Called Wander,” which is published in 11 languages. Parry is a part-time bookseller at Portland independent bookstore, Annie Blooms, and is the captain of the League of Exceptional Writers, a free mentoring workshop for young avid readers and writers. She lives with her family in an old farmhouse in Portland and writes in a treehouse in her backyard, the release stated.
