A group of local school board members recently put out a news release detailing the upcoming Lewis County Thriving Generation Device-Free Weekend, an event promoting healthy device habits by reducing screentime and encouraging face-to-face engagement.
The event will be held April 24-26.
The school board members invite community partners across Lewis County to join them in the countywide effort to encourage families to unplug, recharge and reconnect, according to the release.
