The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce’s November forum will be held at Northwest Salmon Smokehouse in downtown Chehalis.
The forum, which will feature Timberland Regional Library Director Cheryl Heywood, will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14.
The Northwest Salmon Smokehouse is located at 486 N. Market Blvd.
Heywood, who has been director of the library system for 11 years, “is giving a presentation about business resources at the library,” the chamber stated in a news release.
“She is excited to share the resources the Timberland Library has to offer local businesses and entrepreneurs,” the chamber wrote. “The library has many useful databases and access to business plans, employment and other resources. This is a great opportunity to learn how the library can benefit your business. November is the last forum until February and is a great networking opportunity.”
The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce hosts a monthly forum open for any business or community members to attend. The forums are sponsored by Security State Bank and feature a variety of local businesses leading the discussions.
