The Onalaska boys basketball team topped Morton-White Pass 61-44 on Friday night in Onalaska, posting its third straight win and getting back to .500.
Noland Brady led the charge early with 10 points in the first half, and Ethan Thayer chipped in five to help the Loggers build a 28-17 lead at the break.
The offense continued to execute at a high level in the second half, when Thayer added 13 more to finish with a game-high 18. Brady finished with 17 points, and Maddox McKinley scored 14, including 10 in the final frame.
It was the fifth and final game in a seven-day stretch for Onalaska.
“It was a long week,” Onalaska coach Fred Struza said. “But we saw a lot of growth out of the guys.”
Logan Mays led Morton-White Pass with 17 points, while Sebastian Gonzalez scored 13 and Owen Loucks added seven.
MWP (1-10, 1-7 C2BL) will head to Toledo on Tuesday, and on the same night, Onalaska (6-6, 5-4 C2BL) will host Napavine.
