The man who was run over and killed by another man driving an RV after a fight in a Vancouver parking lot has been identified.

Sundance Rainbow Goodroad, 46, died from blunt force injuries on July 9 after Andrew R. Roberts, 57, allegedly hit him with his RV in the Leroy Haagen Memorial Park parking lot around 9:20 p.m, according to a Wednesday statement from the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Vancouver Police Department.

The medical examiner has ruled Goodroad’s death a homicide.

Officers arrived at the scene to find Goodroad in critical condition, and that Roberts had fled.

Goodroad was driven to a nearby hospital where he later died, and police officers pursued Roberts until they found and arrested him near Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and 162nd Avenue.

Court records and police have not indicated that the two men knew each other. Roberts faces likely charges of vehicular homicide, hit and run, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
