Kirt W. Blankenship, 58, of Napavine, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after his vehicle crashed into the Handy Corner Market in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia Tuesday. The crash occurred at about 6: 20 p.m. Police reported that Blankenship was under the influence of alcohol.
