Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty to open Chehalis office

Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty will host a grand opening of its new downtown Chehalis office, located at 403 N. Market Blvd., from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, according to the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.

“This expansion marks a significant milestone in the brokerage’s growth, extending its real estate services to the community of Lewis County,” the chamber stated in a news release. “The new office is strategically located in the heart of Chehalis, providing easy access for clients and offering a welcoming environment for consultations and real estate transactions.”

The Chehalis Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty team consists of eight real estate agents under the leadership of Jim Greene, owner and designated broker.

“We are excited to bring Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty to downtown Chehalis,” Greene stated in the release. “Our new office represents our dedication to serving the real estate needs of Lewis County. Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty’s flagship office is located in Olympia and currently houses 45 brokers serving Thurston County.
