Onalaska man, 85, airlifted to Harborview after crash on state Route 508

An Onalaska man was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after crashing his vehicle into a tree along state Route 508 on Friday, according to the Washington State Patrol. 

John A. Partmann, 85, was driving west on state Route 508 near mile marker 11 at about noon Friday, Aug. 16, when his 2013 Ford Edge left the roadway and struck a tree, according to the state patrol. 

The state patrol listed the cause of the crash as a medical emergency. 



Partmann was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. 

The vehicle was totaled.
