The Packwood Mountain Festival Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 6, at 9 a.m. The event, sponsored by the White Pass Country Historical Society and Arbor Health, will include a 10K, a 5K and a 1K kid’s dash.
The registration fee is $20 for participants in the 10K and 5K with a $25 fee for late registration on the day of the race before 8:30 a.m. The 1K kid’s dash is free and starts at 10:30 a.m. Children running in the kid’s dash are encouraged to wear a fun costume or hat. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The run will start at the Packwood Timberland Regional Library, located at 109 Main St. W in Packwood.
Awards will be given to first through third place in each age group. .
Individuals wishing to enter may submit the entry form with payment included. Checks should be made payable to WPCHS. Entry forms and payments can be mailed to the White Pass Country Historical Society at P.O. Box 958 Packwood, WA, 98361.
