The Adna girl’s basketball team improved to 3-0 on Saturday with a 74-70 win over Ilwaco.
Gaby Guard and Karsyn Freeman were the offensive catalysts for the Pirates, as they scored 21 points each. Bailey Chapman added a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Kendall Humphrey had an impressive all-around game, as the junior scored nine points, grabbed five rebounds, dished out five assists and logged five steals.
The Pirates are off until Friday, when they host Rainier to open conference play.
