It took just three innings for the Titans to record their first win of the season, dismantling the Elks 15-0 in three innings on Wednesday night in Pe Ell.

Just five hits were tallied by PWV in the contest, three of them for extra bases as Blake Howard, Brayden Ruddell and Liam Smaciarz had doubles.

Lake Quinault finished with eight errors as six of the 15 runs it allowed were earned.

Smaciarez and Connor Keeton combined for a no-hitter with the former striking out four and the latter recorded the final two outs. Ruddell drove in three runs and Cody Mican notched a pair of RBIs.

The Titans scored four runs in the bottom of the first and broke the game open with a six spot in the second and the final five came in the third to enact the mercy rule.
