Geoffrey Glass had a walk-off hit and Toledo slipped past Onalaska, 5-4, in a non-league tuneup for the district playoffs at home on Wednesday.

The Riverhawks took an early 3-1 lead in the bottom of the first before the two teams took a 4-4 tie into the seventh inning. But it was Glass who came up big, knocking in Bayron Rodriguez from second base on a line drive to right field for the walk-off win.

Caiden Schultz earned the win on the mound by throwing a hitless seventh inning, striking out two with one walk.

Glass led the Riverhawks’ offense, going 2 for 3 with two RBIs and a walk. Schulrz was 1 for 2 with a run and an RBI and Mason Miller was 1 for 3 with a run.

Onalaska’s Case McGraw took the loss, giving up one run on one hit and a walk with no Ks in one inning of work.

Lethon Fitch was 2 for 4 at the plate for Ony, while Jeremy Larson scored once and drove in a run and Ethan Cameron also drove in a run.

Onalaska and Toledo both play in the 2B District 4 tournament on Saturday.
