CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Amy J. Threlfall, 48, of Toledo, was arrested and issued a criminal citation for possession of a controlled substance at around 5:13 a.m. July 4 after she was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Belmont Avenue.
• Larencia M. Moore, 22, of Centralia, and Eric G. Griffin, 42, of Centralia, were both arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 1:52 p.m. on July 4 when they were allegedly caught stealing food from a store in the 1000 block of South Yew Street. Both subjects had warrants throughout Lewis County, Centralia police reported, and Moore had a DOC warrant, for which they were also booked into jail.
• Joseph Clift, 46, of Toledo, was arrested and released for third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance at about 9:18 p.m. July 4 after allegedly shoplifting from a local business and being found with methamphetamine in the 500 block of North Tower Avenue.
• Chaz Martinez, 38, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail at about 8:25 p.m. July 4 for second-degree criminal trespass and indecent exposure after he was allegedly found trespassing and revealing his genitalia to citizens.
• Aaron J. Henning, 35, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for second-degree criminal trespassing at around 10:53 a.m. July 6. Henning allegedly entered property he was previously trespassed from in the 300 block of West Main Street.
• Zina S. Kurtzbein, 29, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for two counts of second-degree malicious mischief at about 2:31 p.m. July 6. Kurtzbein was initially arrested for second-degree malicious mischief and domestic violence after allegedly damaging a vehicle in the 400 block of Jackson Street. While being transported to the jail, Kurtzbein reportedly spit in the back of a police vehicle, causing it to be put out of service and cleaned.
• Elizabeth A. Garcia-Sanchez, 38, of Centralia, was arrested at around 5:28 p.m. on July 6 after allegedly taking a shopping cart full of items from a local store without paying for them in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue. Upon arrest, the Centralia Police Department found her to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines.
• Izaiah R. Gonzales, 23, of Centralia, and Marcelo D. Lopez-Lopez, 18, of Olympia, were arrested after allegedly taking items from a local store without paying for them in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue at around 11:26 p.m. July 6.
• Devlin Nolan, 42, of Seattle, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 6:22 p.m., July 3, for forgery, identity theft and three counts of counterfeiting in the 1300 block of Lum Road.
• Jerimy Trudeau, 42, of Centralia, was arrested and released for hit-and-run at the corner of Belmont Avenue and Harrison Avenue at about 7:54 p.m. July 3.
• Tyson Siquian, 21, of Centralia, was arrested at about 2:51 p.m. on July 4 and booked into the Lewis County Jail for harassment in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue.
• T.J. Davis, 27, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail at about 1:53 p.m. on July 4 for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Cherry Street.
Hit-and-run
• A vehicle was reported to have been damaged in a parking lot in the 1000 block of South Yew Street at about 2:29 p.m. July 4.
Assault
• Domestic violence assault was reported in the 1300 block of Belmont Avenue at around 12:56 a.m. July 5. The Centralia Police Department stated that the case is under investigation.
Vehicle prowl
• A vehicle prowl was reported in the 400 block of North Ash Street at about 2:59 p.m. July 5 and “occurred sometime during the night,” the Centralia Police Department stated.
• A suspect broke into a parked vehicle, causing damage to the rear window, and stole over $2,000 worth of belongings in the 1200 block of Mellen Street at 8:45 a.m. July 3. This case is under investigation.
Burglary
• A resident reported a burglary at a vacant house in the 800 block of South Gold Street at about 12:58 p.m. July 6. There is no suspect information available at this time.
Malicious mischief
• A resident called and reported that a motorcyclist punched the mirror of their vehicle during a road rage incident at around 2:43 p.m. July 6, which caused it to break, in the 2400 block of North Pearl Street.
• The windows of a vehicle were reported damaged at about 1:14 p.m. July 3. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue.
Criminal trespass
• A subject from Centralia was trespassed from a local business in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue after taking items without paying for them at around 7:31 p.m. July 6.
Eluding police
• A suspect fled a traffic stop at the corner of Lum Road and Haviland Street. Officers pursued briefly, but ultimately terminated the pursuit in the interest of public safety at about 12:28 p.m. July 3.
Sexual misconduct
• The Centralia Police Department received a report of possible inappropriate sexual touching of a juvenile in the 500 block of Hemlock Street at about 6:07 p.m. July 3. The case is under investigation.
CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Lisa M. Harris, 52, of Tumwater, was booked into the Lewis County Jail at around 9:23 p.m. July 3 for second-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia at the corner of West Main Street and Southwest State Avenue.
• Suzie D. Fehlhaber, 45, was arrested on one count of second-degree burglary in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 3:52 p.m. July 2. The Chehalis Police Department reported she had stolen multiple items, including groceries and clothes.
• David M. McClanahan, 46, of Tenino, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after reportedly passing out in his vehicle at 118 Southwest Interstate Avenue at around 6:05 a.m. July 6.
Theft
• A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Southwest Interstate Avenue at about 4:21 p.m. June 30.
Hit-and-run
• A hit-and-run occurred at the intersection of Jackson Highway and Rush Road at around 4:54 p.m. July 1. The victim of the accident had a small cut, but was mostly uninjured, according to the Chehalis Police Department.
• A hit-and-run occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Interstate Avenue at about 8:38 p.m. July 3. The collision did not block traffic, and there were no injuries.
Counterfeiting
• A resident called at about 11:35 p.m. to report a counterfeit $20 bill received in the 1500 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue.
Vehicular accident
• Two vehicles were involved in a collision at the corner of Northwest Louisiana Avenue and Northwest Arkansas Way at about 3:55 p.m. July 2. No injuries were reported.
• A collision between two vehicles was reported in the 10 block of South Market Boulevard at around 1:04 p.m. July 3. No one was injured.
Verbal dispute
• A verbal dispute occurred in the 400 block of North Market Boulevard. A caller reported someone threw shoes at their wall before leaving the residence on foot at about 9:50 a.m. July 4.
Assault
• A 15-year-old boy from Chehalis was booked into Lewis County Juvenile Detention Center on the charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and one count of felony harassment after assaulting a female in the 100 block of South Market Boulevard at about 1:49 p.m. July 6. The male also reportedly threw a tip jar at a coworker.
Malicious mischief
• A caller reported a crack in their vehicle's windshield that occurred overnight in the 500 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue at about 5:35 p.m. July 6. The caller suspected the cause of the crack was someone setting fireworks off on top of the hood.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Monday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 193 inmates, including 179 in the general population and 14 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 149 were reported male and 30 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and three were reported female.
