LEWIS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
Preliminary appearances
• Lisa M. Fish, 51, Chehalis, made a preliminary appearance June 5 for one count of possession of a controlled substance while in a county or local correctional facility. According to court documents, Fish was allegedly found with suspected methamphetamine while being booked into jail after allegedly driving with a suspended license. A judge set bail at $5,000 cash or bond. Fish is scheduled for an arraignment on Thursday.
CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Jennifer J. Johnson, 51, Chehalis, was arrested in the 1300 block of Central Boulevard at about 11:07 a.m. June 6 after allegedly entering a stranger’s residence and consuming an item. Police said Johnson was told to leave numerous times while inside, but allegedly refused.
• Jerah R. Fitzpatrick, 43, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue at about 6 p.m. June 6.
• John H. Johnson, Seattle, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged third-degree theft and violation of a domestic violence no-contact order in the 1400 block of Lum Road at about 4:42 p.m. June 7. According to police, Johnson was caught stealing from an outlet store while in the presence of the person protected in the order.
Accidents
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision near the corner of Harrison Avenue and Galvin Road at about 8 a.m. June 5.
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision in the 1000 block of Belmont Avenue at about 1:08 p.m. June 6.
Criminal trespass
• Royce A. Blankenship, 58, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of South Tower Avenue at about 7:14 p.m. June 5.
Department assist
• Centralia police officers responded to a report of possible chemical or drug exposure in the 900 block of South Scheuber Road at about 9:34 p.m. June 7. Officers helped ensure the environment was safe and conducted an investigation that did not identify any crimes. The cause of the reported symptoms was unknown at the time.
Disorderly conduct
• A dispute at a local bar was reported in the 100 block of South Tower Avenue at about 1:48 a.m. June 6. The suspect reportedly entered the establishment and broke glasses from behind the bar with a golf club. The case is under investigation.
DUI
• Noriberto Reyes Chavelas, 32, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol near the corner of North Tower Avenue and East Third Street at about 12:33 a.m. June 7.
Theft
• Katelyn R. Harris, 33, Aberdeen, was arrested and released with a criminal citation for third-degree theft after allegedly stealing items from a local grocery store in the 1000 block of South Yew Street at about 6:15 p.m. June 5.
• An attempted theft of an internet modem was reported in the 1300 block of Rose Street at about 7:36 p.m. June 6.
• Jessika S. Seay, Napavine, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for third-degree theft after she was allegedly caught shoplifting at a store in the 1000 block of South Yew Street at about 5:01 p.m. June 7.

JAIL STATISTICS
• As of June 8, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 154 inmates, including 141 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 112 were reported male and 29 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of June 8, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 18 inmates. Of those, nine were from Centralia, one was from Chehalis, one was from Elma and four were from the Department of Corrections. Additionally, there was one each from the Quileute Nation, the Shoalwater Bay Tribe and the Chehalis Tribal Court.
