Sirens: Female cashier threatened; cutting windshield; caller impersonating sheriff's office; naked in library bathroom

CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Candice N. Aho, 35, Centralia, was arrested in the 600 block of South Diamond Street and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged possession of suspected methamphetamine and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia at about 8:07 a.m. Sept. 1.
• Aaron D. Malone, 36, Chehalis, was arrested in the 200 block of East Chestnut Street and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for an alleged outstanding warrant, littering and unlawful possession of a controlled substance at about 2:51 p.m. Sept. 1.
• Ernest A. Calderon, 54, Rochester, was arrested in the 600 block of South Diamond Street and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance at about 9:24 p.m. Sept. 1.

Possession of Meth
• Krystle S. Christensen, 43, Centralia, was issued a criminal citation at the corner of South Gold Street and East Chestnut Street for alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance at about 11:06 a.m. Sept. 1.

Theft
• Gas was reported stolen in the 100 block of Floral Street at about 9:49 a.m. Sept. 1.
• Items were reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of South Silver Street at about 12:15 p.m. Sept. 1.

CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Johnnie H. Singletary, 33, Centralia, was arrested in the 600 block of Northeast Franklin Avenue and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 1:55 a.m. Aug. 30 for one count of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and one count of harassment.
• Donald W. Hogan, 52, Auburn, was arrested in the 1300 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 4:12 p.m. Aug. 30 for one count of domestic violence protection order violation for three prior convictions.
• Cody L. Snyder, 33, Chehalis, was transported to the Lewis County Jail and booked on one count of protection order violation at about 6:34 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 100 block of Southwest Fifth Street.
• Nicholas R. Krisman, 30, Chehalis, was taken into custody in the 1200 block of Southwest 22nd Street and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 5:09 p.m. Sept. 2 for fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Krisman was issued a SECTOR criminal citation for the listed charges.



Theft
• A burglary occurred in the 1700 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 5:51 p.m. Aug. 28. No arrests were made. The case is under investigation.
• A man entered a business and threatened the cashier in the 100 block of Southwest Interstate Avenue at about 12:41 a.m. Sept. 1. The man allegedly threw a bunch of products around the store and made a statement that he was going to kill the female cashier. No arrests were made.

Accident
• A two-vehicle fender bender occurred at the corner of Northwest Chehalis Avenue and Northwest Pacific Avenue at about 1:35 p.m. Sept. 2. No arrests were made and no injuries were reported.

Malicious Mischief
• The reporting party advised that someone had made cuts into her vehicle windshield at the corner of Northeast Franklin Avenue and Northeast Division Street at about 5:19 p.m. Aug. 30. The party further advised that there was a dent on the back door on the driver’s side as well as a crack on the right side mirror. No arrests were made.

Scam
• The reporting party advised of a scam about 11:11 a.m. Aug. 30, stating that a caller was impersonating Sergeant Lowrey with the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. The caller allegedly had an accent and advised the reporting party that they missed some form of appointment at 9:00 a.m. No arrests were made.

Criminal Trespass
• A woman was reportedly stripped down naked and bathing in the library bathroom in the 400 block of North Market Boulevard at about 1:33 p.m. Aug. 28.

JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Sept. 3, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 190 inmates, including 177 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 152 were reported male and 25 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
