Sirens: Teen girl accused of rendering criminal assistance; porch pirate jailed; man brandishes knife, makes threats in Centralia

CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Arrests

• Jasmine N. Alford, 27, Centralia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Russell Road at about 1 p.m. Feb. 2. and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for third-degree theft after she allegedly stole a package from a porch.

• Brayan A. Orozco, 25, Centralia, was arrested in the 500 block of Woodland Avenue and booked into the Lewis County Jail for two alleged counts of possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. According to police reports, investigation into Orozco began at about 5:03 p.m. Aug. 13, 2025.

• Reid Schinski, 40, Kuna, Idaho, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for allegedly attempting to elude and multiple counts of felony harassment that were reported — among other locations — in the 800 block of K Street at about 8:58 p.m. Feb. 2. According to police, Schinski contacted numerous victims throughout several areas within the city limits of Centralia, (threatening) each while brandishing a knife. A lower-speed pursuit began after Schinski allegedly failed to stop when Centralia officers attempted a traffic stop near Edison Elementary School. Schinski was taken into custody in the 2100 block of Little Hanaford Road in rural Centralia. While being transported to Providence Centralia Hospital for a medical evaluation, Schinski allegedly made threats to kill a Lewis County sheriff’s deputy. Due to “obvious signs of impairment,” Schinski was also processed for driving under the influence via a search warrant for his blood, police said.

Fraud

• Officers responded to a fraud and identity theft complaint in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue at about 5:15 p.m. Feb. 2. The case is under investigation.

Malicious mischief

• Angelica Parker, 31, Centralia, was referred for charges of alleged third-degree malicious mischief in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue at about 6:46 p.m. Feb. 2.

Rendering criminal assistance

• A 17-year-old female was arrested in the 700 block of South Pearl Street at about 10:17 a.m. Feb. 3 and booked into the Lewis County Juvenile Detention Center for the alleged charge of second-degree rendering criminal assistance. Police allege the charge stems from her knowingly and willingly aiding and concealing her boyfriend from law enforcement over an extended period of time while he was being sought for numerous felony warrants.

Theft

• A subject attempted to steal headphones from a business in the 1400 block of Harrison Avenue at about 3:41 p.m. Feb. 2 but threw them when confronted by staff. The suspect reportedly left before officers arrived.

Vehicle theft

• A tan Mercury Sable bearing  a Washington licence plate numbered CTH7879 was reported stolen in the 1000 block of Eckerson Road at about 4:16 p.m. Feb. 3.

CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

Arrests

• Teresa Leys was arrested for alleged second-degree burglary in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 11:31 a.m. Jan. 30 and booked into the Lewis County Jail.



• Dionicio Barro Celerino was issued a criminal citation for allegedly driving under the influence in the 1500 block of North National Avenue at about 11:51 p.m. Jan. 31 and booked into the Lewis County Jail.

• Daniela Villamillinares was issued a criminal citation and booked into jail for allegedly driving under the influence near Interstate 5 at milepost 77 at about 1:01 a.m. Feb. 2.

Hit-and-run

• A hit-and-run was reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 5:46 p.m. Feb. 1.

Possession of controlled substances

• Joshua Wagonblast was cited and released for one alleged count of possession of a controlled substance in the 1700 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 2:26 a.m. Feb. 1.

• Derk J. Singleton was issued criminal citations for the alleged crimes of known possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Northwest Cascade Avenue at about 8:59 p.m. Feb. 1.

Theft

• Sara Skworzec was given a citation for alleged third-degree theft in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 2:50 p.m. Jan. 31.

JAIL STATISTICS

• As of Feb. 3, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 188 inmates, including 173 in the general population and 15 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 137 were reported male and 36 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 12 were reported male and three were reported female.

• As of Feb. 4, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 12 inmates. Of those, three were from Centralia and four were from the Department of Corrections. Additionally, there was one each from the Skokomish Tribe, the Quileute Nation, the Suquamish Tribe, the Tulalip Tribe and the Chehalis Tribe.
