CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Justin R. Vigue, 33, Vancouver, and others were contacted in the parking lot of a local outlet store in the 100 block of West High Street at about 12:34 p.m. June 3. According to police, photographs of their vehicle were previously sent out regarding a felony-level theft that had occurred on May 17, 2026. Justin Vigue was allegedly found to be the suspect in that earlier theft and was arrested upon contact. Police reportedly executed a search warrant on the vehicle after observing suspected drug paraphernalia inside.
• Kisa M. Harris, 33, Lakewood, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for allegedly attempting to elude a police vehicle in the 900 block of Harrison Avenue at about 6:48 p.m. June 4. According to police, Harris fled a traffic stop and went north on Interstate 5. Police said the vehicle Harris was driving was involved in a theft in Chehalis the day before. The chase reportedly reached speeds of 120 mph. Harris exited at Exit 88 and fled east on Old Highway 99, allegedly driving into the oncoming lane. Officers terminated the pursuit for the public’s safety. A short time later, Thurston County deputies reportedly located the vehicle and performed a precision immobilization technique (PIT) maneuver. The deputies arrested Harris.
Criminal trespass
• A transient individual was trespassed from a business after acting disorderly in the 1400 block of Harrison Avenue at about 9 a.m. June 4.
Malicious mischief
• Vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of Lewis Street at about 4:03 p.m. June 3.
Methamphetamine
• Brian M. Williams, 37, Centralia, was arrested for alleged possession of suspected narcotics in the 900 block of Long Road at about 11:07 a.m. June 3.
Possession of controlled substances
• Joseph E. Nastiuk, 63, Tenino, was arrested and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for alleged unlawful possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue at about 12:29 a.m. June 4.
Theft
• A wallet was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Alexander Street at about 5:03 p.m. June 3.

Citations
• Barbara L. Moore was cited and released for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in the 1400 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at about 4:37 a.m. June 3.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of June 5, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 146 inmates, including 133 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 108 were reported male and 25 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of June 5, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 19 inmates. Of those, seven were from Centralia, one was from Chehalis and nine were from the Department of Corrections. Additionally, there was one each from the Quileute Nation and the Shoalwater Bay Tribe.
