The Southwest Washington Fairgrounds is preparing for the annual Fall Community Garage Sale, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Oct. 15.
“Early-bird” shoppers can get in at 8 a.m. for a $5 admission price, with regular admission starting at 9 a.m. for $3. Children ages 12 and under get in free. Food and coffee will be available. The sale will end by 3 p.m.
“This is the last big treasure hunt of the year,” a Southwest Washington Fairgrounds news release stated.
There are 200 vendor booths, either indoor or covered, available to rent for $45 each. There is no limit on how many spaces can be rented. Vendors are welcome to bring their own furniture as long as it fits in the 10-by-10-foot spaces, but each booth will come with a table and two chairs along with the vendor admission passes.
Vendor setup is scheduled for Oct. 14 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and only vendors will be allowed on the fairgrounds during those times.
No more vendor booths will be sold after the setup day.
