The Morton-White Pass volleyball team beat Eatonville in five sets for the second time in a week Friday, 25-10, 18-25, 22-25, 25-18, 15-12.

After dominating the first set, the T-Wolves (2-1) proceeded to drop two straight, before tightening things back up at the last chance.

I was proud of their determination and grit after losing two in a row, they finished with the win for night,” MWP coach Jamie Brazil said. “We really are working on keeping a positive tone and not dwelling on mistakes that are made but learning from them and moving on, making minor tweaks or adjustments to improve our game.”

Maddie Clevenger and Ryelin Wiedenmann both had 10 kills to share the team lead. Kiera Miller and Kim Gilstrap added five each, and Miller had five aces.

Malia Armstrong dished out 15 assists, while Amy Martinez and McKenzee Mays both added 11.

Morton-White Pass will host Winlock in an all-C2BL non-league match Monday in Morton.
