The Beavers went two-and-done on Wednesday at Hoquiam middle school, falling to Stevenson in the quarterfinals and Seton Catholic in an elimination game, both via 3-0 setbacks.
Tenino closes the 2024 season at 9-9 and finished in third place in the Evergreen League. It will graduate five players, four of them from the front row in Savannah Golovanov, Presley Vanchieri, Brianna Asay and Kylee Petrich plus setter Macy Griffis.
“Very emotional night for us,” Beavers head coach Shauna Carpenter said. “Girls came out with a ton of energy, communicated well and fought hard against Stevenson. Probably the best all-around game I have seen them play.”
