It's one of the largest cattle ranches in western Washington and it can be yours for $8.8 million. That's the asking price for the Yelm Cattle Ranch — 175 head of cattle included.

The 453-acre ranch, located near the Nisqually River at 20015 128th Ave. SE, boasts an annual production of 135 calves and produces enough hay to support the entire herd. There's enough hay left over for commercial sales, according to listing agent Kelly Ringler Flores of Golden West Properties.

Never been a rancher? No problem. The sale includes all the necessary equipment including three tractors, a baler, chutes and other cattle ranch necessities. It also has three barns, including a calving barn with a vaccine/medicine shed.

The current owner, who declined to be identified, doesn't live on the property, Ringler Flores said.

"He is a humble and private man and does not relish any attention," she said.

The ranch's foreman occupies a new five-bedroom, three-bath home with detached 2-car garage.

The flat and rolling property is fully fenced.
