Centralia took on Overlake/Bear Creek as part of the Baseballism Classic on Friday at Evergreen High School in Vancouver, and the Tigers fell to the Growls 14-1 in five innings.
OBC jumped in front with six runs in the top of the first, and though Jamie Conzatti drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom half to get Centralia on the board, it was far from enough to make a dent in the deficit.
The Growls added six more in the fourth and two more in the fifth.
Jonah Lowe and Hudson Waterfield both picked up hits in the losing effort for the Tigers.
Centralia (0-2) will play either R.A. Long or Evergreen in a consolation game on Saturday in Vancouver.
