The Riverhawks went up in competition on Wednesday afternoon, facing some Class 2A foes from the Greater St. Helens League. While none of their placements counted for team points, they still showed out as a 2B program.

Treyton Marty broke the 10-minute barrier to cross the finish line in first in the 3,200-meter run as the lone boys winner for Toledo. Sophomore Trevin Gale placed fifth in the open 100 with a time of 11.49 seconds, a new personal best. He also was fourth in the open 200.

Cooper Fallon placed top-five in the discus and javelin while Adam Kruger leaped 36 feet, 9 inches to finish second in the triple jump and place fourth in the long jump.

Two relays for the Riverhawks – 400 and 1,600 – each finished second comprised of three freshmen and a senior. Haylee Wolfe was the runner-up in the 1,600-meter run in 5:52.73 while Lyndzie Filla triumphed in the javelin, uncorking a throw of 102-09.
