The Toledo baseball team took advantage of Mossyrock’s mishaps on Friday, when the Riverhawks defeated the Vikings 10-1.

The game was tied through three innings, but Toledo scored nine runs in the final four innings.

Rohan Feigenbaum went 3 for 5 with a double and two runs batted in, and he also allowed just three hits and one unearned runs while striking out 10 on the mound. Brady Weeks drove in three runs, while Nico Acosta, Mason Ruiz, and Carson Boad also drove in runs.

Nine of those runs came against Mason Atter, but just three of them were charged as earned, as the Vikings committed nine errors in the field.

Mossyrock coach Darren Kolb said that the mistakes in the field were frustrating to watch.

“We work on it every day in practice,” Kolb said. “It’s just a process.”

Toledo (12-4, 10-3 C2BL) and Mossyrock (6-7, 6-7 C2BL) will meet again in Toledo on Monday.
