Tied at a set apiece against one of the best teams in the C2BL, the Timberwolves couldn’t find their footing and the Ducks came away with a 25-11, 20-25, 25-15, 25-7 victory on Thursday night in White Pass.
Morton-White Pass (6-3, 0-1 C2BL) will play one final non-league game versus District 4 foe Raymond/South Bend on Monday before returning to league play against Winlock on Tuesday.
“The girls did a lot of good things and for a while I thought we were going to make a real push, but it just didn't swing our way,” Timberwolves head coach Jamie Brazil said. “This group has so much potential and I know we’ll use this as fuel to come back stronger.”
