The Pe Ell volleyball team got back to .500 in league play on Monday, as the Trojans swept Firm Foundation 25-9, 25-8, 25-13.

The Trojans (8-6, 5-5 1B Columbia Valley) dominated from the first point, thanks in large part to stellar serving across the board.

Bailey Cox, Brynnlee Hoffman and Brookelynn King were all perfect from the service line.

“This was definitely one of our best nights we had serving,” Eddi Peterson said. “The girls served hard and found the weak spots to drop them in.”

Madi Engel led the offense with six kills.

Monday was the first of three consecutive home match days for the Trojans, as they will wrap up their regular season with Naselle on Tuesday and Columbia Adventist on Wednesday.
