Tumwater jumped out to a 5-0 lead at the break and kept cruising past Centralia for an 8-0 victory in a 2A Evergreen Conference match at home on Thursday.
Scoring goals for the Thunderbirds were Ainsley Wall, Mackenzie Kolb, Lucy Bergford, Kaitlyn Hansen, Olivia Kee (off an assist by Isabella Lund) and Sydney Woods.
Centralia (1-12, 1-10 league) closes out the regular season on Tuesday when it hosts Rochester. Tumwater (13-1, 11-0 league) finishes out its regular season at Shelton on Tuesday.
