Preliminary results for the Feb. 14 special election will be available for viewing online at the Lewis County Auditor’s Office website around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday night.
All counties in Washington must upload their election results to the Secretary of State’s reporting site at the same time on election night, which does cause a delay in the results being posted, the office said in a news release.
“Be patient and keep checking,” the release stated. “A .pdf of local results will be posted on our website shortly after 8 p.m.”
County certification of the February special election will take place on Feb. 24 at 9 a.m.
Only voters affected by a specific proposition vote in the special election.
The propositions for Tuesday’s include:
• Centralia School District No. 401: Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy
• Napavine School District No. 14: Bonds to Improve Safety and Expand and Renovate Junior/Senior High Facilities
• Toledo School District No. 237: Stadium Completion Project Capital Projects Levy
• Evaline School District No. 36: Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy
Resolutions are available for review online at https://elections.lewiscountywa.gov/current-election/.
