The state fire marshal’s office released a statement on Monday in which it outlined statewide rules for the purchasing and discharge of fireworks.
From June 29 to July 3, fireworks can be purchased from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. with discharge permitted simultaneously.
On July 4, fireworks may be purchased from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and discharge is allowed from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. on July 5.
Fireworks may be purchased on July 5 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and may be discharged from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
