The Winlock boys basketball team went 1-1 in its last two games, defeating Stevenson 53-42 on Thursday before falling to Adna 62-59 on Friday
On Thursday, the Cardinals built a seven-point lead by halftime, but extended it to 20 by the beginning of the fourth quarter.
Landen Cline led the Cardinals with 13 points, while Jaxyn Pelagio added 12 and Freddy Patching scored 11. Carter Svenson and Mason Ruiz scored eight each.
Against Adna, Cline scored 22 points, while Patching added 15.
The Cardinals (1-2, 0-1 C2BL) will return home to face Columbia Adventist on Monday, while Adna (1-1, 1-0 C2BL) will host Toutle Lake on Tuesday.
