The Southwest Washington Dance Center has partnered with the Centralia College Foundation to host “A Gala For The Arts,” a reception and performance at the Corbet Theatre on Saturday, April 15. All profits will be donated to the Corbet Theatre enhancements fund.
The reception will begin at 6 p.m. and will include festive drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The performance is scheduled for 7:30.
The performance will feature the Southwest Washington Dance Ensemble, the Backfire Band, the W.F. West High School Jazz Band, the PNWC Orchestra string quartet, Ashley Baird, Brian Green, the Peters Family, and Benny and Dannika. There will also be a Centralia College Art Department display. Warren Hall will serve as master of ceremonies.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors, students, children and military members. Tickets can be purchased at www.swwdance.org or at the Southwest Washington Dance Center’s dance studio.
