A letter to the community from Timberwolf Farm & Feed

Posted

To our community,

We at Timberwolf Farm & Feed in Morton want to take a moment to acknowledge and address something important.

In the past, an incident occurred at our store that left some community members feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We deeply regret that experience and the pain it caused. That is not who we are, and it is certainly not who we strive to be.

As a business rooted in this town, we are proud to serve the hardworking people of our community — farmers, families, homesteaders, animal lovers and everyone in between. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with kindness, fairness and respect.

We understand that trust may have been shaken, and we do not take that lightly. While we cannot change the past, we are committed to learning from it and moving forward with a renewed dedication to our values.

Thank you to those who have supported us over the years. To those who have stayed away, we understand, and we hope you will consider giving us a chance to make things right. We remain here to serve you — with open doors and open minds.
