Competing at Wahkiakum and Winlock at Skyline Golf Course in Cathlamet, the Adna boys golf team took first, totaling 178 points. The Mules carded a team total of 190, and Winlock scored a 217.
Wahkiakum’s Kyler Sause took home medalist honors, carding a 41, but Adna’s Braeden Salme was right on his heels, finishing one stroke back at 42. Adna rounded out its lineup with Andrew Grim’s 43, Josh McGuire’s 46, and Lenz Bigbee’s 47.
The Cardinals finished third as a team, and were led by Preston Davis’ 46, followed by Trent Poirrier’s 55, Nick Ming’s 57, and Monty Schmitz’s 59.
