Arbor Health announced its officers and representatives on oversight committees in a news release this week.

Arbor Health operates Morton Hospital, Morton Clinic, Mossyrock Clinic, Randle Clinic and soon-to-be-opened Packwood Clinic.

Arbor Health’s officers and oversight committee representatives for 2023 are Tom Herrin, board chair, and Kim Olive, board secretary.

Tom Herrin will also serve as a member of the governance committee while Kim Olive will serve on the quality improvement committee. Craig Coppock will serve on the finance, quality improvement and plant planning committees. Wes McMahan will serve on the finance and compliance committees and serve as the representative to the Legislature. All officers will serve on the strategic planning committee.

Two vacant committee positions were also created by the resignation of Laura Richardson, who moved out of the area. The board intends to appoint a new commissioner to fill Richardson’s unexpired term at its Jan. 25 meeting.
