Suffering its 14th straight defeat, the Tenino softball team fell on the road to Elma, 6-4, to ensure an Eagles sweep over the three-game season series.
The Beavers have yet to win a league game.
Emily Baxter was solid on the mound yet again, throwing a complete game with just one earned run on four hits, with eight strikeouts and no walks. The Beavers committed six errors in the field to allow five unearned runs to come across home plate.
Five of the Eagles' runs came in the fifth inning, which ultimately proved the difference.
Juliana Luken (1 for 3, run scored, 2 RBIs) and Kiyah Goodwin (1 for 4, 2 RBIs) led the way at the plate for the Beavers, with Luken scoring two on a double in the fifth inning.
The Beavers (1-14, 0-8 1A Evergreen) will look to rebound against Eatonville on the road in a makeup game Saturday at Noon.
