Aberdeen came out first as a team in a boys 2A EvCo tri-meet against W.F. West and Black Hills, while the Wolves won a dual meet with the Bearcats on the girls’ side by default.

Junior Taelor Woo set the tone with a first-place time of 23:42.14 in the girls race for the Wolves. After Mercedes Ricks crossed the line in 24:11.06 for W.F. West, Black Hills put a trio in in a row, with Zania Robinson (27:11.56), Loralei Upton (27:23.15), and Adeline Rice (28:53.29) finishing third through five, respectively.
