The Winlock cross country team crashed a 1A TriCo party Tuesday, meeting up with Seton Catholic and King’s Way Christian in Castle Rock.
Chase Trodahl led the Cardinals with a fourth-place finish in the boys race with a time of 17:00.5. Behind him, Xavier Sancho-Carrillo was 19th in 19:37.41, Jacob Trodahl was 24th in 20:51.88, Freddy Patching was 28th in 21:21.9, and Ricky Thompson was 31st in 21:56.35.
Victoria Sancho placed 15th out of 25 girls with a time of 25:44.03. Natalie Cardenas Hernandez (26:45.26) was 17th, and Grace Merrill (30:34.14) was 21st.
