Reliable Enterprises, a Centralia-based nonprofit that provides employment, housing and foster services in Lewis County, welcomed Erin Hillier as the organization’s newest executive director last week.

In a news release, the nonprofit announced that Hillier officially began in the new role on Nov. 1.

“The board of directors enthusiastically welcomes Erin to lead Reliable Enterprises as the organization continues to expand programs throughout Southwest Washington, build new housing developments, and grow our diverse network of community partners,” the organization said in a statement. “Her experience, community connections, and business acumen are a perfect fit for Reliable Enterprises.”

Before joining Reliable Enterprises, Hillier worked as an attorney at Hillier, Scheibmeir & Kelly for 12 years, including three years as a partner at the firm. Hillier has also served in other roles at the Boys and Girls Club of Lewis County, Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce and Valley View Health Center.

Hillier replaces Brett Mitchell, who assisted in the transition and worked for Reliable for 23 years.

“(Mitchell’s) leadership and support of Reliable over the last 23 years was crucial for our success and we know Erin will continue the legacy of community impact and support,” Reliable said in the statement.

Reliable Enterprises is located at 203 Reynolds Ave, in Centralia.
