The Centralia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of striking a Denny’s employee in the face on Oct. 29.

The man reportedly struck the employee “after becoming disgruntled that his nachos came out to the table last,” according to the Centralia Police Department.

Centralia officers were dispatched at approximately 9:45 p.m., but the man left the scene before officers arrived.

In addition to releasing photos of the male suspect, the Centralia Police Department released a photo of a woman who was reportedly with him at the Dennys when the assault occurred.

The two are possibly associated with a silver Ford truck, according to the police.

Anyone with information on either suspect is encouraged to contact the Centralia Police Department by phone at 360-330-7680 or to email Officer Huerta at ahuerta@cityofcentralia.com.
